Addressing the Homeless Issues at WTC

The Board of Directors are aware of the homeless situation at the courts and have been addressing it with the county. People have been spending the night at the courts, they have taken their dogs into the shower, doing their laundry and hanging it out on the deck furniture, leaving garbage and debris in the parking lot, and trashing the bathrooms.

The latest incident: someone ripped the aluminum paper towel dispenser off of the wall and tried to cook bacon by lighting a fire inside it. It didn’t work. The makeshift stove was abandoned and everything was left behind. During this court closure the restrooms are locked.
